As his name implies, Benediction is quite a blessing to Keepsake Stables! This wonderful colt is a grandson of two celebrated Morgan horse sires:  Forevermore and Noble Flaire. Ben's dam, HVK Noble Melody, is sired by Noble Flaire and out of MO Justa Wild Melody (by Treble's Willy Wild), one of the top producing broodmares of our time. On the top side, Ben is sired by Shanghai, a Forevermore son and full brother to two multiple World Champions! With Jubilee Regional and Jubilee Futurity Champion in-hand titles to his credit, Ben demonstrates that he is truly a product of his breeding! We have high hopes for this gifted stallion who is blessed with extraordinary talent. Look for Benediction to return to the show arena in 2010!

During the summer of 2007, Ben pulled off the "Great Escape," jumping out of a stall window, then clearing a 3 board fence, testament to his incredible athletic ability! As a result, Ben's first three foals arrived in July 2008! Although not planned breedings (at least not on our part), Ben's 2008 foals, now long yearlings, are all fantastic movers!
