Benediction's first foals have arrived and we couldn't be more pleased. To date, Ben has sired two liver chestnut colts and one bay filly. Each of these foals is quite fancy: a wonderful combination of sire and dam. To our delight, Ben is passing along his tippy little ears, his elegant neck, and length of poll, as well as the bounce in his step! Most importantly, these babies don't think they are special; they KNOW it! We are very anxious for Ben's final 2008 foal out of FCF Heart's Desire! 1. (Benediction x She's Miss Congeniali-Te): Fourth of July brought in Ben's first little firecracker...a fancy chestnut colt with a wide, white blaze. Keepsake's Stowaway, or Jacob, was born to She's Miss Congeniali-Te (FCF Esprit de Lark x Alexandrite). This colt and his dam are both owned by David and Ina Hoestettler in Sweet Springs, Ohio. 2. (Benediction x Kerry Love Child): Ben's first filly arrived just 12 days later, July 16, 2008. Leap of Faith is a classy, bay filly, no white markings, out of Kerry Love Child (Xcaliber x Kerry Vision). Faith is one typey, yet elegant filly, full of Show Horse AT-TI-TUDE ! ! !
